We are recruiting for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join our client based in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting fire risk assessments on a variety of commercial and industrial premises with future progression and further fire safety qualifications guaranteed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fire risk assessments for various types of buildings within commercial and industrial sector
- Identify fire hazards, assess risks, and evaluate existing fire safety measures.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate reports on findings and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with current fire safety legislation and standards.
- Work closely with clients to understand their fire safety needs and provide expert advice.
- Keep up-to-date with new fire safety regulations and best practices.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years experience completing fire risk assessments on a variety of premises
- In-depth knowledge of fire safety legislation, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
- Level 3 qualifications in fire safety or fire risk assessment (Or Equivalent)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple fire risk assessments simultaneously.
- Professional membership with a recognised fire safety institution
- Membership of a tiered fire risk assessor register (Desirable)
