A well-established, family-run mixed veterinary practice in County Tipperary is now seeking an enthusiastic Small Animal / Equine Veterinary Surgeon to join its welcoming team. With a reputation for clinical excellence, a well-equipped hospital, and a strong connection to the local equine industry, this role is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills while enjoying a more sustainable lifestyle.

The Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position with a varied caseload across small animal and equine work. The practice operates a 1:5 on-call rota and 1:6 weekend rota, with generous time-off in lieu provided. Whether you're a seasoned vet or a recent graduate, this team is ready to support your growth.

What’s on Offer:
• Competitive salary from €40,000 to €65,000 depending on experience
• Additional €10-15k per year in covered expenses
• Only 14–20 on-call days per year

What You’ll Need:
• MRCVS-eligible veterinary degree
• Interest in both small animal and equine work
• Strong communication skills and willingness to be part of a team
• Experience in orthopaedics or reproduction a plus, but not required
