Registered Care Service Manager / Care Home Manager

£40,000- £46,000

I am working with a specialist care provider, committed to offering high-quality care to individuals with brain injuries and complex needs and learning disabilities. My client  provides a nurturing, supportive environment, and are dedicated to enhancing the lives of those in our care. We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and dynamic Care Home Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of person-centred care.

Role Overview:
As the Care Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained for individuals with brain injuries and complex needs. You will lead and support a dedicated team, ensuring a positive and therapeutic environment for both residents and staff. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven background in managing care services, particularly those with brain injury and complex care requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (CQC or equivalent) and internal policies.
• Lead and manage a dedicated team of care professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Develop and implement care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs, preferences, and goals are met.
• Provide guidance and support to staff on managing complex care needs, including brain injury rehabilitation.
• Promote a person-centred approach to care, focusing on enhancing residents' quality of life and promoting independence where possible.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure high standards of care and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with families
