Location: Near Bognor Regis

Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum + Bonus

My client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the operations of their luxury care home located near Bognor Regis, as part of a prestigious and reputable organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished manager to join a leading provider of high-quality care and work in a beautiful, purpose-built home.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the luxury care home, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care for residents.

Oversee a large team of care staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high standards of care are met at all times.

Ensure the home complies with all CQC regulations, maintaining Good CQC ratings and striving for excellence.

Develop and implement care plans, ensuring the needs of residents, particularly those living with dementia, are fully met.

Take a proactive approach in maintaining an impeccable track record of managing care homes, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with senior management and other key stakeholders to drive the home’s success and reputation.

Ideal Candidate:

Registered Manager with proven experience in a care home setting.

Experience managing a large team and ensuring operational excellence.

NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

Ideally, experience in commissioning and opening new services.

Extensive knowledge and experience in managing dementia care.

Strong understanding of CQC regulations and maintaining Good CQC ratings.

A solid track record of success in managing and improving care home standards.
