With a manageable caseload, including no more than four surgeries per day and 15–30-minute appointments, you’ll have the time to focus on each case properly and build strong client relationships. The practice is looking for a vet who is experienced in surgery and consultations, and confident in handling some sole charge further down the line. Whether you already have a specialist interest or want to develop new skills, all interests are welcomed and encouraged. More than experience, the practice values the right mindset, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.
