An exciting opportunity has arisen for a New Graduate Equine Vet to join a 100% equine independent practice just outside Bournemouth!

This practice is committed to supporting new graduates with a fantastic Graduate Development Programme, offering structured training, regular feedback, and mentorship through the RCVS VetGDP scheme. With a team of certificate holders in equine practice, dentistry, surgery, and internal medicine, you’ll receive exceptional training to help you develop your skills and confidence in a supportive environment.

The practice is RCVS accredited and dedicated to high quality training, working closely with EMS, IMR (as a Partner Practice of Surrey Vet School), VetGDP, and as a nurse training practice. The well-equipped clinic features an in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, gastroscopy, advanced dentistry, gait analysis, scintigraphy, theatre, arthroscopy, shockwave therapy, and stabling for day and in-patients. This ensures you have access to cutting-edge diagnostic and treatment facilities to work cases up to a high standard.

Located between Ringwood and Wimborne, the practice is just minutes from Bournemouth, with its stunning World Heritage Site coastline, vibrant nightlife, and excellent amenities. The Rota

• Full time position
• Half day off per week
• No on call first 3 months, then 1:7 with support from senior Vet
