Position: Registered Manager
Location: Hythe, Kent
Salary: Up to £43,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a residential home specialising in learning disabilities, challenging behavior, and mental health.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high standards of care.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development.
- Act as a strong leader to foster a supportive and efficient working environment.


Qualifications and Skills:
- NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care.
- Extensive knowledge of learning disabilities, challenging behavior, and mental health issues.
- Proven experience as a Deputy Manager, with the ability to step up into a Registered Manager role.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of CQC standards and regulations.
