An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, RCVS-accredited practice set in the beautiful Surrey Green Belt. This practice has built a strong reputation within the local community and enjoys the support of a loyal client base.

You will be joining a dedicated and friendly team, working alongside two experienced vets and a fantastic support staff. The role offers an excellent work-life balance, with the opportunity to be part of a long-running, stable practice. While this is a full-time position, our client is also open to considering part-time applicants.

The practice boasts excellent facilities, including two consult rooms, a fully equipped theatre and prep room, an X-ray room, an ultrasound machine, and an in-house lab. There are separate cat and dog wards, as well as a welcoming reception and waiting area. The wider local veterinary community is filled with skilled professionals who collaborate to provide the highest level of care, supporting each other in developing their skills and solving complex cases.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting consultations, performing surgeries, managing diagnostics, and ensuring the highest standards of care. You will also provide clear updates to clients and create tailored, transparent treatment and care plans with accurate cost estimates.

The ideal candidate will be RCVS-registered and have previous experience delivering outstanding veterinary care. You should be able to demonstrate strong clinical leadership skills and work effectively as part of a team.
