Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly residents in a nursing home setting.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.- Monitor and record patient conditions, ensuring accurate documentation.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to create and implement personalized care plans.- Maintain a safe and clean environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their well-being.
