Care Home Manager / Registered Home Manager required for a 30 bed residential home just outside of Exmouth.

Purosearch are working with a well respected, expanding care provider to recruit an experienced Care Home Manager for their 30 bed dementia service just outside of Exmouth.

We are looking for a manager with a background in elderly and dementia care, who has been previously registered with CQC and who has good local knowledge of the area.

Job Requirements for Care Home Manager:
• Overall responsibility of the home• Staff management and recruitment
• Care plans, assessments, filling beds
• Budgets/ business development / marketing

Skills/ Qualifications Care Home Manager:
• Proven track record of successful home
• Background in dementia and complex care
• Hands on practical approach, Dynamic & Enthusiastic
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
