Role: Children’s Home Manager
Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester
Salary: £50,000 + £10,000 Bonus
6-Bed Therapeutic Home

Requirements:
• Experience: Recent experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's home.
• Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it).
• Driving License: Full UK license required.
• Knowledge: Understanding of relevant legislation, safeguarding, child protection, and trauma-informed care.
• Ofsted Compliance: Experience working with regulatory bodies and ensuring high standards.
