Salary: Up to £35,000
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a dedicated and supportive team at a well-equipped practice. The practice is looking for an individual with a passion for high-quality patient care and a collaborative approach to veterinary nursing. You’ll be joining a well-established team with support from an experienced Student Nurse, Veterinary Care Assistants, and a Client Care Assistant.
You will be responsible for assisting in surgeries and procedures, delivering patient care, and managing admissions and discharges. In addition, you will carry out nurse-led appointments, including Schedule 3 procedures, and will have the opportunity to further develop your skills in this area. With a varied caseload of approximately 70% cats and 30% dogs, the practice offers an excellent opportunity for career progression, with ongoing support for clinical development and CPD.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional care to patients and clients.
Support in surgeries and procedures, ensuring pre and post-operative care is provided.
Manage admissions and discharges, and monitor patient progress.
Carry out nurse-led consultations, including Schedule 3 procedures and client education.
Provide training and guidance to support other team members.
Contribute to the overall smooth running of the practice, ensuring high standards of care and client service.
