Salary - Circa £70k

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead our team in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and performance of our nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service are provided to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Lead, manage, and support a team of healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of care.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and resources effectively.
- Foster a positive and collaborative environment for staff and residents.
- Liaise with residents’ families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a management role within a nursing home or similar healthcare setting.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards in care.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial plans.
- Relevant nursing qualification and valid NMC registration.
