Job role: Lead Veterinary Surgeon

Location: Dublin, Ireland

About The Role:

• Permanent, full-time
• Salary between €50-70k - commensurate with experience
• Monday to Friday 9am – 7pm
• Saturdays 9am-5pm
• VCI paid and CPD encouraged

As their new lead vet, you’ll be answering directly to the Regional Director and business partners and play a key role in the development and sustainability of the practice. You’ll oversee clinical and operational responsibilities, supported by the line management and medical team you’re leading. It’s a truly exciting role for someone who’s looking for a chance to have influence and be a part of the continuous development of the practice.

Desirable Criteria:
Further qualification in leadership, finance or clinical training
Experience leading a team
Coaching and/or leadership experience
Minimum 3 years experience
