Veterinary Nurse – Leicester

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a modern, state-of-the-art practice in Leicester, following a complete refurbishment! As an RCVS and Cat Friendly accredited veterinary practice with two well-equipped small animal branches, this is the perfect place to grow and develop your nursing career.

The facilities include two theatres, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, and separate cat and kennel wards, ensuring the highest standard of patient care. You’ll be joining a supportive and friendly team of seven RVNs, one Student Veterinary Nurse, and one Animal Care Assistant, working alongside ten experienced vets and a large team of receptionists.

This role offers variety and progression, covering all aspects of theatre practice, ward nursing, nurse consults, laboratory work, and Schedule 3 procedures. If you have a special interest, you’ll be fully encouraged to develop it—current nurses are already pursuing certificates in surgical nursing, diagnostic imaging, and emergency and critical care.
