Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled New Build Residential SAP Assessor to join our team in Portsmouth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out SAP Assessments and calculations, providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for new residential developments.
This role requires a strong understanding of SAP and Domestic Energy Assessment (DEA) methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct SAP calculations for new build residential properties.
- Produce accurate and compliant EPCs in line with current regulations.
- Liaise with architects, developers, and construction teams to ensure energy efficiency compliance.
- Provide technical advice and support on energy performance and sustainability.
- Keep up to date with relevant legislation, standards, and best practices.

Requirements:
- Accredited SAP Assessor certification.
- DEA certification.
- Proven experience in conducting SAP assessments and producing EPCs for new build residential properties.
- Strong knowledge of current building regulations and energy efficiency standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
