An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Director to lead a long-established, RCVS accredited practice in Bury St Edmunds!

This is a chance to help shape and grow the practice, working positively and proactively with a fantastic, dedicated team across three well-equipped sites in beautiful locations.
With a strong emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on both clinical standards and team development.

The Rota:

Full time position
4 days per week
Some weekday evenings & weekends (Friday off the week after a weekend worked)
1 in 10-12 weekends OOH
