An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a fantastic independent practice just outside of Cambridge!
This modern, well equipped practice is home to a highly skilled and supportive team, including two dedicated vets, three RVNs, two support staff, and a proactive practice manager. With a collaborative approach to care, the practice provides comprehensive in-house services while working closely with the vet school and local referral centres for specialised cases.
The brand new facility is designed with both pets and staff in mind, boasting cutting edge technology, including digital x-ray, portable dental x-ray, top of the range ultrasound, advanced dental equipment, multiparameter monitors, and Vetscan. The spacious layout features separate dog and cat waiting areas, consultation rooms, and kennels, ensuring a stress free environment for all patients while creating an efficient and comfortable workspace for the team.
The ideal candidate will be confident in sole charge and comfortable handling all routine procedures. This role offers flexibility, with both permanent and locum applications welcomed. The Rota:
- Flexible part-time position / 2-3 days per week
- 1:4 Saturday mornings
- Open to locums
- No OOH or bank holidays
