An exciting opportunity has opened up for a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join a renowned and progressive small animal practice in Cambridge. This modern, purpose-built practice has been thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming and calming environment for both clients and their pets. With separate cat and dog waiting areas and dedicated consultation rooms for feline patients, the practice ensures a stress-free experience for everyone. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including rigid and flexible endoscopy, dental x-rays, high-definition ultrasonography, a DR x-ray system, and a comprehensive in-house lab, the practice operates at the forefront of veterinary medicine. A fully digitised workflow, supported by iPads for all team members, further reflects their innovative and modern approach.
You will be joining an experienced and supportive team of veterinary professionals, including a certificate holder in small animal surgery. The role offers flexibility to suit your individual interests, with the current caseload split evenly between consultations and surgery, ensuring variety in your day-to-day responsibilities. Whether you're looking to hone specific skills or take on new challenges, this position provides an excellent environment for growth and development.

The Rota:
Flexible working pattern suitable for both full time and part time applications
1:4 Saturday morning rota
Opportunity for you to try before you join by working a fixed term contract of up to 6 months
