Key Responsibilities: • Ensure the safety, well-being, and safeguarding of children, responding promptly to child protection concerns. • Provide exceptional care tailored to the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and cultural needs of each child. • Maintain compliance with the Children’s Acts of 1989 and 2004, the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, and other relevant legislation. • Lead and develop a dedicated team, offering supervision, support, and training to help them thrive. • Oversee and update children’s care plans to reflect their evolving needs. • Participate in and chair meetings and reviews as required. • Support children in reaching their goals and achieving their full potential.
