Key Responsibilities: • Ensure the smooth operation of the residential home in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies. • Provide guidance and support to staff members to uphold the highest standards of care for the children. • Play a pivotal role in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members. • Contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance team skills. To Apply: You should possess a Level 3 Children's Residential Qualification and ideally hold the Level 5 Diploma in Children's Residential Care or equivalent, with at least 2 years of management experience in a children's residential setting.
