Children's Home Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Location: Leeds
Property: 2-bed house

As the Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Establishing and developing a new, innovative children's residential service
• Managing and fostering a cohesive, high-performing staff team
• Setting and reviewing ambitious targets and objectives for the care team
• Promoting collaborative, partnership-based practices with young people and their families
• Ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being for the children in placement
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in staff supervision and management
• At least 2 years' relevant experience in residential childcare, preferably as a Deputy Manager
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare
• Full clean driving license
• Proven ability to provide consistent, nurturing care and support to young people
• Experience working with children displaying challenging behaviours
• Flexibility to cover shifts as needed
