Children's Home Manager £45,000 - £55,000 3 Bed EBD Burton on trent This provider is actively seeking a skilled, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Registered Home Manager for a Children's Residential Home located in the Burton on Trent area. Burton upon Trent is a historic town in Staffordshire, England, famous for its brewing heritage and charming waterways. The town offers excellent transport links, including a railway station with connections to major cities, and easy access to the A38 and M1 motorways. Requirements for the Successful Applicant: • At least 2 years of recent experience in a Children's Residential Home within the past 5 years. • A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role within a Children's Home environment. • Possession of at least a Level 3 Residential Child Care Diploma, with a willingness to pursue a Level 5 Diploma if not already held.
