An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced and motivated Head Veterinary Nurse to join a progressive, pet loving veterinary practice in vibrant South East London. Situated in the heart of Lewisham, this modern, cat friendly clinic is well equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including X-rays, ultrasound, and a fully equipped in-house lab. It's the perfect place for an ambitious nurse who thrives in a supportive, community focused setting and is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

As Head Veterinary Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in clinical leadership—guiding the nursing team, delivering excellent patient care, and shaping a forward thinking clinical culture. This is a unique opportunity to lead nurse led appointments and Schedule 3 procedures while influencing best practice and team development through mentorship and coaching. You'll be at the forefront of driving quality standards, supporting surgeries, managing patient care, and delivering first-class client service.

This practice is seeking a RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse with a passion for excellence, strong communication skills, and the confidence to lead and inspire others. Experience in clinical coaching and the ambition to implement progressive care models will be highly valued.
