Our fantastic client, a renowned veterinary practice in North West London, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Nurse to lead their veterinary team.

As the Head Nurse you’ll have some important areas of responsibility which will contribute hugely to the practice performance each year including, providing excellent patient care and guiding the nursing team to deliver exceptional service, leadership and day-to-day management of the nursing team, working as part of the senior leadership team to envisage and integrate nursing roles into new processes, training, mentoring and coaching of the nursing team.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in small animal practice, including at least 12 months in a leadership role. Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) eligible to work in the UK and have a strong passion for teaching and mentoring.
An openness to new ideas, adaptability to change, and a growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
The Rota:
Working hours between - Monday to Friday: 8 am - 8 pm with a choice of a 4 or 5-day working week.
Saturday: 8 am - 12:30 pm (on a rotational basis)
