Registered Veterinary Nurse – Bridgend • Fantastic salary of £33000 • Large supportive team of over 20 qualified Nurses • Great independent practice • Opportunity to explore areas of interest and develop your Nursing skills even further Purovets are excited to be working with a fantastic independent practice in a lovely part of south wales, in the heart of the small and vibrant town of Bridgend this lovely independent practice is surrounded by lovely local amenities. This large practice is home to state of the art facilities and offers a wide range of services, such as referral level orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, services in exotics and their own inpatient/ emergency services. Allowing the Nurses to really get involved and develop their nursing skills in; Schedule three procedures and gaining a holistic approach to patient care. Nurses are actively encouraged to get involved in clinical governance and the direction of the practice. You would be joining a team of 20 qualifies and training Nurses, including those with further qualifications and interests in anaesthesia, exotics, feline medicine and behaviour. The practice actively funds and supports further development in your areas of interest! In order to provide thorough and exceptional care to all patients, there is an OOH rota that would involve weekends, bank holidays and nights. There are working shifts and recovery time provided, an example rota can be provided. The role itself would be varied and engaging day to day, with day to day duties including: The role: Fulltime opportunity The role includes a share in the OOH rota (weekends, bank holidays and nights).
