Our client is a leading Surrey, Accountancy Practice/Financial Services firm  with offices in Kingston, Weybridge and Guildford. Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis:

   • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation of potential investment opportunities and mergers and acquisitions.

2. Financial Modeling:

   • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to facilitate strategic decision-making.

3. Analysis and Recommendations:

   • Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

4. Reporting:

   • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to convey financial analysis to senior management and stakeholders.

5. Collaboration:

   • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, accounting, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of financial transactions.

6. Industry Awareness:

   • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in corporate finance.

Qualifications:

• ACA/ACCA qualified currently within Audit for a Top 100 , or local Surrey MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Some relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of valuation techniques and due diligence processes.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount.
