Job Overview We are seeking a Corporation Tax Partner to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with extensive experience in corporation tax, capable of providing high-level tax advisory services and driving business growth.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage the corporation tax department, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.

Provide expert tax advisory services, including tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, and R&D tax credits.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions.

Monitor changes in tax legislation and ensure clients are kept informed of relevant changes and their implications.

Collaborate with other partners and departments to offer integrated services and drive the overall growth of the firm.

Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications and Skills

ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with significant experience in corporation tax, ideally within a leading accounting firm or tax boutique.

Proven track record of providing high-level tax advisory services and managing client relationships.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Commercially astute with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.

In-depth knowledge of UK corporation tax legislation and regulations.
