About the Role

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week with flexible, hybrid working
Key Responsibilities
-
Support and manage the delivery of Audit & Assurance services for our diverse client base
-
Oversee the financial performance and management of a portfolio of audit clients
-
Ensure adherence to risk management and quality control procedures
-
Play a key role in recruitment, retention, training, and development of the Audit & Assurance team
-
Represent the firm at marketing and sector-specific events, contributing to blogs and technical articles
-
Drive revenue initiatives, implement operational efficiencies, and deliver high standards of client service
-
Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team on strategy and business planning
-
Achieve annual targets by winning and delivering assignments
About You
-
ACCA/ACA qualified with a practicing certificate and RI experience
-
At least 10 years of audit experience in practice
-
Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards (UK GAAP / IFRS, ISAs)
-
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to provide clear direction and constructive feedback

Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

High-level communicator with strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

Experience with owner-managed businesses
