Are you a seasoned audit professional with a passion for delivering exceptional audit and assurance services? We are seeking an Audit RI to join our client's Northampton office and play a crucial role in their firm's growth and success.

About the Role

• Position: Audit RI
• Location: Northampton
• Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week with flexible, hybrid working

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage the delivery of Audit & Assurance services for our diverse client base
• Oversee the financial performance and management of a portfolio of audit clients
• Ensure adherence to risk management and quality control procedures
• Play a key role in recruitment, retention, training, and development of the Audit & Assurance team
• Represent the firm at marketing and sector-specific events, contributing to blogs and technical articles
• Drive revenue initiatives, implement operational efficiencies, and deliver high standards of client service
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team on strategy and business planning
• Achieve annual targets by winning and delivering assignments

About You

• ACCA/ACA qualified with a practicing certificate and RI experience
• At least 10 years of audit experience in practice
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards (UK GAAP / IFRS, ISAs)
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to provide clear direction and constructive feedback
• Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High-level communicator with strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with owner-managed businesses
• Commitment to building the firm's reputation through high-quality audit work and client service
