They are currently looking for a senior corporate/business tax or mixed tax consultant experienced in dealing with privately owned businesses to join their collaborative tax team. In this role you will provide advice to entrepreneurial owner managed businesses on a broad range of tax advisory projects. You will also work closely with colleagues in personal tax to provide advice that meets the needs of both the businesses and their owners.

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Management and delivery of tax advisory services.
• Provide tax advice on a wide and varied range of subjects including corporate restructuring, HMRC clearance, EIS/SEIS, EMI and employee share schemes, profit extraction.
• Management of client engagement by attending meetings and preparing proposals
