Join a dynamic 6-partner, 3-office regional accountancy firm in Brentford as an Outsourcing Senior Manager. In this role, you will lead the outsourcing function, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. This is a key position with responsibilities ranging from team management to contributing to the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the outsourcing team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, ensuring a high level of service.
• Review and approve outsourcing deliverables to meet required standards and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, driving efficiency and quality.
• Provide technical guidance to keep the team updated on accounting and taxation standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop the outsourcing team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and legislation, managing budgets and financial performance.
• Contribute to the broader business strategy and goals.

Key Requirements:

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified.
• Proven experience in managing an outsourcing function, including team management and client service delivery.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and taxation standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team relationship building.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
• Strong leadership and management skills, motivating and developing team members.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation, including GDPR and AML regulations.
• Financial acumen, managing budgets and financial performance.
