About You:

• CIM qualified with experience in professional services marketing, CRM, and working with creative agencies.
• Knowledgeable in the supervision of digital marketing, bid production, tender management, event representation, and business development.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Outgoing, self-confident, and a team player.
• Willingness to travel between offices if required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Networking and Collaboration:

   • Build a network of connections for collaboration and referrals.
   • Identify market opportunities for content creation and new collaborations.

2. Advisory Support:

   • Advise fee earners on lead generation and marketing best practices.

3. Bid Process Management:

   • Oversee end-to-end bid processes for regional offices.

4. Representation and Reporting:

   • Represent the firm at external meetings and events.
   • Produce engaging agendas and reports for business development meetings.

5. Client Enquiries and Brand Management:

   • Distribute and follow up on client inquiries.
   • Maintain brand continuity across marketing initiatives.
