About Us: Perrott Partners Recruitment is working on behalf of ouur client, a rapidly expanding Top 50 firm is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Advisor to join their team in either Oxford or Farnham.The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating statutory payments, handling RTI submissions, preparing P45s and Starter Declarations, providing P60s, and checking clients' HMRC gateway accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, and SPP
- Handle RTI submissions to HMRC
- Prepare P45s and Starter Declarations for new employees
- Provide P60s to employees at the end of each tax year
- Check clients' HMRC gateway accounts for accuracy
- Liaise with clients regarding any payroll-related queries
- Keep up to date with changes in payroll legislation
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in a payroll role
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation
- Experience in calculating statutory payments
- Familiarity with RTI submissions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
