Job Description

Perrott Partners Recruitment is working on behalf this rapidly expanding Top 50 firm this Outsourcing Senior Manager will be based in London.

 The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the outsourcing function within the company, ensuring that all client requirements are met to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing and supervising the outsourcing team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients
- Developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive an excellent level of service
- Reviewing and approving outsourcing deliverables, ensuring that they meet the required standards and are delivered on time
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes as necessary to increase efficiency and quality
- Providing technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring that they are up to date with the latest accounting and taxation standards
- Recruiting, training, and developing the outsourcing team to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services
- Ensuring that all work complies with the relevant regulations and legislation
- Managing budgets and financial performance, ensuring that the outsourcing function operates within agreed financial parameters
- Contributing to the development of the wider business strategy and goals

Key Requirements:

- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified
- Proven experience in managing an outsourcing function, including managing teams and delivering services to clients
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and taxation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
- Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and quality
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation, including GDPR and AML regulations
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and financial performance
