Perrott Partners Recruitment, in collaboration with a leading accountancy and financial services firm, is actively seeking skilled and committed General Practice Executive Accountants to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and Accounts Work: Fully ACA/ACCA qualified, demonstrate competence in all aspects of audit and accounts work, favoring a 60/40 split with audit responsibilities.
• Client Engagement: Liaise directly with clients for outstanding service and positive professional relations, keeping Partners and senior managers informed of progress.
• Team Support: Mentor and coordinate work assignments for trainees, providing guidance and feedback to foster effective team members.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilize computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of CCH is desirable.
• Cultural Contribution: Embrace and contribute to the positive, open, and supportive culture within the organization, actively participating in a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• Fully ACA/ACCA qualified with comprehensive audit and accounts experience.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, corporate taxation, personal taxation, and VAT.
• Effective communication skills for client interaction and positive professional relations.
• Proven ability to support and mentor trainees for learning and development.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of CCH is desirable.
• Commercial approach and willingness to contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
