We are seeking a talented Outsourcing Accounts Senior to join our client, a leading Top 10 Accounting Practice Firm based in Hertford. As an Outsourcing Accounts Senior, you will be a key member of the team responsible for delivering comprehensive accounting and financial outsourcing solutions to a diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of client accounts, providing outsourced accounting services.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, and other financial reports.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure accurate and timely financial data and reporting.
• Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support client decision-making.
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of accounting software and systems.
• Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting and outsourcing experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
