Job Description

As an Audit Semi Senior with our client, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of audit engagements, contributing to the delivery of high-quality services to their clients. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Audit Execution: Conduct audit fieldwork efficiently and effectively, including the preparation of working papers, testing of financial controls, substantive testing, and drafting financial statements.

  2. Client Interaction: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent client service and understanding of their businesses and industries.

  3. Data Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of financial statements, identifying and addressing audit issues and discrepancies.

  4. Audit Compliance: Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulations, and assist in the preparation of audit reports.

  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with audit seniors and managers, supporting them in all aspects of audit engagements.

  6. Continual Learning: Stay up-to-date with accounting and auditing standards and regulations to maintain professional competence.

  7. Professional Development: Actively pursue professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, ACA) and participate in internal and external training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Preferable).
  • Part-qualified or actively pursuing a relevant professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
  • Prior audit experience, preferably in a reputable accounting firm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
