Job Description:
As a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the financial strategy and decision-making process of our client's business. You will work closely with the senior management team to analyze financial data, develop financial models, and provide insights that will drive the company's growth and profitability. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate finance principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation of potential investment opportunities and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and market trends to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate financial analysis to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, accounting, and operations, to ensure successful execution of financial transactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in corporate finance.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent knowledge of valuation techniques and due diligence processes.
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
