Perrott Partners Ltd are currently working with a highly progressive firm of accountants in St Albans, Hertfordshire who, as a result of continued growth within the firm, are seeking to recruit an ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified Business Services (non audit) Assistant Manager/ Client Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, predominantly made up of owner managed businesses, and will be responsible for ensuring that all compliance work is completed accurately and efficiently for clients within your designated portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have experience of undertaking an Accounts and Tax focused position within a client facing environment and will have gained significant exposure to a range of clients, particularly those within the SME and OMB markets including :

Embrace client ownership, delivering excellence through meticulous bookkeeping, month-end processes, VAT returns, and dynamic management reporting.
Unlock profound insights, elevating management reporting through astute analysis and strategic foresight.
Prepare and review annual statutory accounts in collaboration with the Audit & Accounts team, elevating the outsourcing team's expertise to draft first-class accounts for clients.
Unleash your problem-solving prowess, engaging in exhilarating ad hoc projects spanning budgeting, forecasting, process reviews, and beyond.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
Accomplished accounting professional (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with a proven track record in practice.
Proficiency in accounting software and applications (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Dext, Autoentry, and more) that's second nature to you.
