About the Company: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Senior to join our prestigious Top 100 Firm of accountants located in Beaconsfield. The Role: In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with a supportive team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of technical audit and other accountancy services. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing assignments with assistance from team members.

Completing assignments for managers and supervisors.

Delegating tasks to new trainees and providing ongoing feedback.

Maintaining client relationships and confidentiality.
-
Applying up-to-date technical knowledge.
-
Reporting to Supervisors and Managers.
-
Delegating work to trainees and Semi-seniors, coaching junior team members.
-
Liaising with clients to ensure completion of assignments aligns with planned timescales.
Essential Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate for this role is well-organized, capable of working within agreed timescales, and possesses the ability to actively engage with clients. Key qualifications and skills include:

ACA/ACCA qualified/finalist or AAT QBE with at least 4 years of practice background.

Proficiency in completing planning and finalization sections of audit files, maintaining work quality.

Efficient and effective time management skills.
-
Awareness of relevant financial targets and constraints.

Effective use of IT, including Excel, audit, and accounts packages (CCH Audit Automation, CCH Accounts Production).
