Perrott Partners Recruitment is currently assisting a well-established firm in recruiting an experienced professional for their growing Audit and Corporate team. The role is based in either Horsham or Chichester, offering a hybrid working arrangement.
Role Overview
As an Audit Senior, you will lead a team of Auditors and manage audits from planning to completion for a diverse portfolio of clients across Sussex, Kent, and London. The position involves supervising and coaching junior team members, ensuring technical compliance, and collaborating closely with managers and partners.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage audits, from planning to completion, ensuring technical compliance.

Supervise and coach junior team members on-site.

Control audit and accounts preparation undertaken by junior staff.

Liaise with clients and client partners on work assignments.

Draft corporation and income tax computations.
-
Compile accounts and corporate tax returns.

Ensure meticulous adherence to audit procedures.

Run assignments efficiently in terms of cost and time.

Travel to client offices as necessary.
Requirements

ACA/ACCA qualified (or part qualified with a minimum of 2 years prior audit experience).

Statutory audit experience in public practice.

Knowledge of ISA and UK GAAP.

Accounts compilation skills.

Experience in drafting corporation tax computations.

Excellent client service, communication, and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong analytical skills.

Experience in ProAudit desirable.
