Job Description
This is a full-time position with our client and based at their Watford office.
The package will include:

Annual Christmas Bonus equivalent to 1 weeks salary.

Auto Enrolment Pension Scheme (Employer: 5%; Employee: 3%) subject to eligibility.

Private Medical Insurance following completion of 3 months service (this is a taxable benefit).

Annual Leave will be 23 days per annum (pro rata). 3 days are normally taken at Christmas/New Year.
The duties you will carry out are:
-
Managing audits and teams on client sites.
-
Assigning portions to the team, monitoring progress, and providing guidance as needed.

Examining the work of junior team members and pointing important issues to the supervisor/line manager.

As needed, assist with the supervision and work-based training of other students.

The types of organisations for which the Firm performs audit and accounting work:

Concentrate on mid-sized corporations and Small to Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs).
-
More work with larger organisations and those with abroad divisions.

UK subsidiaries of foreign parents.

Pension schemes, charities and not-for-profit organisations, solicitors, and FCA-regulated organisations are all subject to specialised audits.
Ideally you will have the following skills:

ACA or ACCA, part qualified, with at least 1 years audit experience from a UK Accountancy Firm.

IT competent and be familiar with computerised packages.

The ability to work on their own initiative and be flexible.
-
Good communication skills.
-
The ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
