Parts & Dealer Support Coordinator
Location: Kilkenny
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: €32k-€38k DOE

Optimize Recruitment is working on behalf of our client, a leading organisation within the agricultural machinery sector, to recruit a Parts & Dealer Support Coordinator for their Kilkenny operation. This is a dealer-facing parts and customer support role.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Agricultural machinery parts
• Automotive parts
• Plant or construction equipment
• Engineering or industrial components
• Other technical parts environments
• Strong telephone and customer service skills.
• Good mechanical and technical understanding.
• Experience identifying and supplying parts.
• Strong order-processing and administration skills.
• The ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key point of contact for the dealer network, responding to parts enquiries by phone and email.
• Identify and source the correct parts based on customer requirements.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up on enquiries, orders and outstanding issues through to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealers and customers.
• Provide knowledgeable and professional support on parts-related queries.
• Assist with stock control and inventory management.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure orders and queries are dealt with efficiently.
• Support general warehouse and parts operations when required.
• Maintain accurate records using the company's ERP and ordering systems.

Desirable:

• Experience working with an agricultural machinery or technical parts business.
• Experience using SAP Business One or a similar ERP system.
• Knowledge of parts identification and ordering systems.
• Previous experience working with a dealer network.
