The opportunity:

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant (2+ years) to join our Construction desk — stepping into a warm, active desk with:

• Established client relationships
• Live roles from day one
• A strong, engaged candidate network

This is a 360° role with the autonomy to build, develop and own your desk, while still having the support of an experienced team behind you.

Overview:

• Managing the full 360° recruitment lifecycle
• Building and developing new and existing client relationships
• Sourcing, engaging, and managing high-quality candidates
• Handling multiple live roles across the construction sector
• Delivering a high-quality, consultative service to clients and candidates
• Managing the interview process from first contact through to offer stage
• Negotiating offers and closing placements
• Growing your desk and contributing to overall team performance

The successful individual will have the following:

• 2+ years’ recruitment experience (agency preferred)
• Proven track record
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Confident communicator with a consultative approach
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Experience in construction or technical recruitment is a strong advantage
