This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Site Engineer looking to gain exposure to large-scale projects while progressing their career with an employer known for investing in its people.

Overview: 

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of construction activities on site. Working alongside project teams, subcontractors, and consultants, you will ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities will include: 

• Setting out works from engineering drawings and site surveys.
• Producing and maintaining as-built records and drawings.
• Interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and technical information.
• Coordinating daily activities with subcontractors and site teams.
• Assisting with project planning to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and design team members.
• Monitoring quality standards and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Promoting and maintaining the highest standards of health and safety onsite.
• Managing material requirements and site resources.
• Maintaining accurate site records and project documentation.

Requirements include:

• Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years' post-graduate experience in a site engineering role.
• Strong setting-out experience and knowledge of construction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of motivation with a focus on safety, quality, and project delivery.
• Proficient IT skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a project team.
• Full clean driving licence.
