An established property development and construction business is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team. The organisation has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential developments and commercial projects while maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from commencement through to final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and maintain project programmes and schedules.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Monitor project budgets and cost performance.
• Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with project specifications and quality requirements.
• Manage project risks and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Chair site meetings and provide regular progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years' experience managing construction projects.
• Proven track record delivering residential, mixed-use, or commercial developments.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness.
• Excellent planning, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction practices.
• Full clean driving licence.
