A leading regional construction and development company with a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join its project delivery team. The Site Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects by providing technical support, setting out works, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety on site.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carry out setting out and surveying duties on site.
• Ensure all works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site management teams.
• Monitor workmanship and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of progress reports and project updates.
• Resolve technical issues and support construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Support project delivery to agreed timelines and standards.

Requirements include: 

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Engineer role.
• Strong experience on residential and/or commercial construction projects.
• Proficient in surveying and setting-out equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Irish construction regulations and standards.
• Full clean driving licence.
