An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing and high-performing team in Waterford. This role offers the chance to work on a wide range of projects while taking ownership of cost management from project inception through to completion.

Responsibilities include: 

• Lead cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting across projects
• Manage procurement processes, tendering, and contract administration
• Ensure effective cost control and deliver projects in line with financial targets

Requirements: 

• Degree in Quantity Surveying and membership (or eligibility) of SCSI/RICS
• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience within the Irish construction sector
• Strong expertise across cost management, procurement, and construction contracts
