Overview
Optimize Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established Tier 2 contractor delivering high-quality residential developments. This is an excellent opportunity to lead housing projects with a strong pipeline of work and long-term career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and to programme
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards
• Monitor quality control and compliance with project specifications
• Oversee materials, deliveries, and site logistics
• Conduct site meetings and report progress to senior management

Requirements

• Third-level qualification in Construction, Engineering, or related field OR strong trade background
• Minimum 5 years’ Site Management experience, ideally within residential construction
• Proven track record delivering housing or apartment developments
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, H&S, and quality standards
• Proficient in MS Office and construction management software
• Full clean driving licence
