Optimize Recruitment is working with a leading engineering and manufacturing company to hire a Project Manager to support the delivery of modular construction projects across Ireland and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing construction projects from planning through to completion
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and site teams
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress
• Support stakeholder and subcontractor management
• Ensure health & safety compliance on all projects
• Report progress to senior management

Requirements:

• 2–3 years’ experience in a Project Management role (construction/engineering)
• Relevant qualification in Construction, Engineering, or similar
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
• Ambitious and eager to develop professionally
